We will be introducing a new client deposit policy, due to the high demand for appointments and the increased frequency of missed or last-minute rescheduling of appointments. In order to secure your appointment, we require 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied as a credit to your final invoice upon completion of service.
If a cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit is refunded or forwarded to the new appointment time.
If a cancellation is made with less than a 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee, and you will not receive a refund. You will not be able to make any future appointments without payment in FULL at the time of booking.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that from time-to-time things happen which may result in you having to reschedule or cancel service with us. We will always do our best to accommodate you in every way we can.
Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment will not be charged. Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate].
Cancellations made same day will be subject to paying for their service in full.
This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

We are licensed, fully insured and trademarked in The State of TN. All of our techs have to pass a background check and drug test. We do not send a new tech alone on a job until they have made it through their 3-month probation period. One of our main goals aside from the quality of our work is to make sure our clients have someone they can trust in their home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction.
